I have had good luck painting my knees to take away pain.

My cousin has just started on Iodine and due to multiple chemical sensitivities and adrenal fatigue can barely take 1-2 drops a week. She also had luck on painting her knees.

She called me tonight and said that she had ached all over so bad she couldn't sleep. She says that when she feels herself getting sick, her skin hurts, and it is painful to touch. So she painted her neck and shoulders as far as she could reach.

She slept great and woke up the next morning with NO pain!
