I am halfway through my first humaworm cleanse. I have not noticed any negative side effects. I was a little headachy about a week into it, but I have a long history of headaches and migraines, so I couldn't say for sure that it was the humaworm. I have noticed more energy and a just a "lightening" if that makes sense to anyone.

I was a little constipated last week, but I have been taking some Oxypowder and extra psyllium which has fixed that up. I haven't noticed much in the loo, but then again I don't look. I don't care to see anything. Just go by how I am feeling.

I am very happy with the cleanse so far. I think it is the answer to most of my problems. I know that I have been heavily infested. I also started zapping two days ago and am pretty happy with that as well. Going to totally get these bugs out.
