the white coat on you tongue most likely indicates yeast/candida for this i would suggest you try Horopito extract, its made by a company call Kolorex in New Zealand. Everyone has candida in their body you just need to maintain the right levels and not let them get out of hand.

also have a look at olive leaf and oregano oil, their are both anti fungal and could help but the no supplement helps if your diet is incorrect.
