Be careful if you choose to supplement copper. Perhaps it is true that they are all in an alkaline base, like the article says.

When I had mercury and lead toxicity, my copper was dangerously low. So they gave me a supplement to take. I took one copper capsule, it was blue green in color. Within seconds I got a full blown panic attack and got sick and felt bad for a few days. So, perhaps it is something you must get from you diet, unless they gave me a bad brand. This doctor was incompetent anyway, and chelated me with fillings in so I got acute poisoning, so who knows.

I am blood type B, if it matters.
