That mixture should be stable, with the exception of raw honey. The reason for the raw honey is for the healing quality of the enzymes. I'm not sure if the amount of time that the honey interacts with the other 2 items will matter. To keep the enzymes in good "health", you may want to keep it separate. Maybe your coworkers won't mind if they see you put honey in your glass or cup.
