Great reference with the pharmokinetics! I had added alpha lipoic acid to my regimen, but I think the quality wasn't so good. Not really understanding WHY it was so important. If you don't understand all the "whys", then you're not so apt to understand the importance of keeping up with the antioxidants. I am beginning to understanding the relationship in all this. Thanks again!
