If you have the money you can add some R-Lipoic time release like this one.
Too expensive to use just to neutralize Mercury but the time release goes for 8-12hrs so it covers any holes:

Keep in mind that if no anti-oxidants are available it will chew up anything it can get a hold off like Vitamin A,E and when nothing is left it will over oxidize aka grey hair...
