Hi Hopinso,

I hope this can help in some way.I injured myself a year ago(tried to catch a child from falling)and hurt my back.Diagnosed myself and then confirmed with my Doc that it was sciatica nerve damage.Of course he was busy prescribing all kinds of pain killers and therapies.I found this site,hope the link works, and within a few days my pain was gone.The exercise with the tennis ball was the most helpful...it's painful while doing it but it really works.Here's the site:
