let me add that i am not advocating the sonic treatment as i have no experience with that use. i have, however, had good results with magnets. make sure to use the negative side of the magnet on the point that gives the most relief. this may be something you have to do while sleeping or maybe it can be incorproated into your daily surroundings. the negative side of a magnet is the side the north needle of a compass points to.
