I have MSM and put it in my greens drink (recipe from Grzbear...and added some other things) when I make it up. I have also used just under 1/3 cup in my baths, which have several other things, as well :D. I feel great after these baths.

I have not used it in my oil pulling and only because it would, to me, be (not necessairly in taste) salty...more precisely, gritty with the oil.
