although i stopped for about 4 weeks, i have returned to oil pulling using vco.

recently i slightly injured my back; i still had flexibilty but not as much as before and woke up with some stiffness. after tolerating this for about 2 weeks i then decided to use an herbal remedy (name given on request) i can state it helped each day quite nicely and my back is almost as good as before.

i became curious about the ingredients in this product. i found out, it had DMSO which has pros and cons about it. however i found it can be sold "medical grade" in health foods. upon more researching, MSM was the key component of DMSO.

as i was about to oil swish this morning, i realize i should research & combined the two concepts - oil swishing with DMSO or MSM. one immediate thought was: this might even help those who have poor gums.

something to ponder. any thoughts or ideas?
