i keep getting indigestion bad guts especailly after ive emptied my bowels constipation brain fog cold after cold flu like symtons upset stomach sinises severe hayfever Depression scratching and itching on my face an body i react to most food i eat body aches im fed up living with these symtons ive cut Sugar out and wheat but not improving im taking probitotcs and aloe vera juice would going to nutrionist or natropath help? i just want to feel better i use to be so healthy does candida make you feel ill all the time?i got oral thrush and my doctor gave my nystatin but the tablets are suger coated wouldnt that feed the candida??i started getting really run down and ill a year ago ls any advuce would be great so depressed
