The Adrenastim is pretty true to its name. It is designed to help stimulate adrenal function. The Adrenacalm on the other hand works to support low and high adrenal function. You can use them both at the same time. The Adrenastim is for use in the morning and early afternoon. The Adrenacalm can be used 3-4 times a day.
