Mel,
I am an O and I have never ever had acid reflux? I just started this diet and I do not take any kind of medication in any form unless a pain reliever a couple of times. If you are mixing other items not in the "O" diet with the beef that may be your problem. If you floow it and add an item from time to time write it down and gauge the body response....this response could be in any form.
