There are many diseases that needs to be investigated. Hypo- or hyperthyroidism is one. If detected try out nutritional therapy with Iodine with a Nutritional Doctor. Allergies and food sensitivities may be another.

I would suggest that the doctor has you tested for Antinuclear Antibodies (ANA).
