Think about supplementing with other things. ACV, GSE, oil of oregano, garlic, olive leaf extract, coconut oil - these are all things I took along with my cleanse, and I had great results. If you decide to supplement, start slow and build up as tolerance allows. You don't want to overwhelm yourself with die-off.
