I was put on the blood dype diet 2 1/2 months ago by my nutritionist when the regular medical community was of little or no help to me. I suffer from Fibromyalgia. I hadn't slept more than 4 hours at a time in 5 years and I was taking some heavy duty drugs. After two weeks on the diet i was sleeping like a baby for six to eight hours a night. My reflux disorder was almost gone and I had lost a few pounds. I have recommended this diet to a nu,ber of people who suffer from different ailments and all have benefited.
