Is this your first flush?
Are you taking the recommended amount?
How long have you been feeling bad?
What are your symptoms? (not herx symps but prior to deworming)
How old are you?
Have you flushed your liver?
Do you have a high tolerance for other things?

With some products I often have to take more than the recommended daily dose, carefully, slowly, of course.
