Answer: Give your mother a choice and let her drink what ever amount of Buttermilk she wants and add some BSM and also some Raw unfiltered Top Quality Honey !

She may need to start slow and work up to higher amounts as she may see the need and may see Better Results !

It is Better to use small amounts more often thru-out the day!
