I would not trust the medical establishments opinion with regard to acceptable limits. They believe the amount of nutrient that a rat needs to avoid deficiency symptoms (Recommended Daily Allowance) is all a person needs. Optimal health, a stong immune system and peak cellular efficiency require much, much more.

Can you focus on a spot for as long as you want, or do your eyes jump around against your will? Vulcanel told me the reason I couldn't keep my eyes focused was because of the mercury in my system. I've been using Iodine to detox the mercury, and I can now focus for much longer than I use to could. But I still have a way to go.

The medical establishment doesn't care if you can medidate. They are only concerned with keeping people healthy enough to go to work and earn their keep. I am interested in optimal health and getting the toxins out of my brain so I can feel at peace.
