I've timed both HW cleanses to begin five days before the full moon. Prior to my first cleanse, I was feeling very pronounced crawly feelings before, during, and a day after the moon. So severe that it kept me awake. This wasn't what I would call normal or could attribute to digestion.

With my first cleanse, I was happy to enjoy a full moon and feel NOTHING. I also didn't experience severe die-off until the 2nd or 3rd week of the cleanse. Everyone is different, but I'd highly recommend starting before a moon.
