I'm on day four and the headaches have passed. Your correct I am definately a coffee addict! The need for coffee has seemed to pass as well. I did try to take some advil and it did nothing!
I read an entry of yours previous were you had mentioned the detox bath. It sounds like a great idea. I plan on trying it tonight. I am also going to the gym today for the first time while on the cleanse so the bath will be a nice finish to the day.

I have been extremely COLD the last couple of days... I'm assuming this is because my blood pressure is now lower because of the fast. It's not fun. My fingers are blue!
