Okay, no I see things more clearly. I plan on doing the flush sometime next week, I just needed to know if this was not a gimmick so that I wouldn't get my hopes up. But I do have a question about colon cleansing, which is suggested by A. Moritz: My friend lend me her colosan powder, but I wondered how people can take that in the mornings before work? (wouldn't it give you the runs???) Do I even need to do that if I plan to do the Epsom Salts ?
