I have been here for 4 years ..cleansing and fasting..cleansing and fasting ..i have done it all..And sugar is the problem...It's directly related to that...If i eat to much cold stone creamery here comes the zits. maybe it takes a few years of cleansing to get to the point that you have clear skin and the only time you get acne is if you eat sugar ..but by golly if i would have saved myself from eating all that sugar ..I WOULD HAVE and  i am here to tell people now ..before they are damaged wiht scars to cut the fricken sugar out.  I still dont have acne..finally i am saved! you dont know how f**ckin miserable the last 19 yrs were.
