CHANGE IN SCHEDULE:

I think I picked a bad time to do the fast. I have to travel for an assignment and being away from home and a bathroom has me considering that I should stop after day 7 and start coming off the cleanse.

Will it be really bad to stop after just 7 days? I feel pretty good about how far I've come, good weight loss results and feel pretty good.
