Sheldon,

I have to say I am hugely pleased with the progress i am making so far - stool form is fantastic, no blood or mucous whatsover.

However, oddly enough I am still having some constant very mild stomach/ abdominal pains. I have no idea what could be causing this. I thought it might be the rice - so i cut this out but the pain doesn't seem to go away...
