Tell me, do you really care anymore what is 'behind' you? ...What shows up in the bowl?

I had the oddest feeling that it no longer matters to me...that I knew I was better off by my feelings...and whatever came away, I was just glad that it was no longer 'in'.

...And that this is my routine for life.
