Hi Oil Pullers.

I have been OPing for about 6 months now. Probably 5 times a week for 20 mins at a time. I have found it very helpful, but I have needed to keep on doing it otherwise I get bleeding gums again very quickly if I stop.

Initially OPing made my teeth less discoloured than before, but still not white.

Well……………………………..

3 days ago I had the last of my 8 Amalgams removed. Removal has been an ongoing process for the last 8 months.

I have continued to oil pull even more since then. On the day of the last removal I OPed for 1 hour, change the oil 3 times. I found this really helped and actually made me feel less rough. (amalgam removal has been, and is, a painful experience, but that’s a different story.)

3 days after removal of the mercury fillings my teeth are really getting much much whiter now. When I looked in the mirror I did a double take;-)...….much whiter than before. Gums are tight too.

I always OP with VCO
