Good for you! That's exactly how it feels starting out.

I seriously would change oils within about a month. I now have about three oils I interchange every day. It sort of seems to keep it fresh for me all the time.

Walnut Oil is my big love. It's the oil I go back to all the time. But I think oil is so individual.

Pumpkin seed oil is dark. I bought it and got worried that it would discolor my teeth. If you do decide to try it you need to tell everyone how it is.

You can't go wrong with experimenting. It's all good.
