Whenever I attempted the enemas, I was scared that I was so constipated, the liquid would just get stuck in me. So, I'd only use about half the amount I was supposed to, and that is most likely why it didn't work. I also don't completely understand how they work and where the liquid goes.Those things make me nervous. I've read about a LOT of great results with coffee enemas, that sounds like a good idea. I'd like to try it if I can get past the plain one. Can anyone out there please explain to me how these things work and how to know whether you're doing it right or not?
