If you can get to the ocean to swim in it, do it as much as you can..use it, enjoy it, let your skin drink in it's curative waters of Iodine, Sea Salt , magnesium, silica, and of course you get that lovely healing Vit-D from sunshine, even on cloudy days, and don't forget to put some zinc oxide on your face:)
