so I'm half way through my second day. I've not been so much hungry, as I just want to eat!! The smell of my coworkers food at lunch time was hard to take. I did though.
I have however had an awful headache all day ( I've been drinking lots of water and lemonade) ..... and the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning made me super nausous.
Any advise?
