What would I look at for my "current toxicity levels"? I am detoxing now with 2 Liver Flushes behind me. I still feel the effects of detoxing. I am good in the a.m. and be 1p.m. or so I feel heavy and short of breath and ready for a nap. I think it really has something to do with the detoxing. I'm not sure what! Where can I get this iodine? Would you recommend taking it while detoxing or waiting until I finish my last two flushes? Thanks!
