You can see my first post on the subject of inoculation further down this thread on the main branch. I decided to post higher up because it, my treatment, represents a new branch in this discussion.

I am now almost one month post inoculation and all my side effects (fatigue, diarrhea, stomach ache), which were minor have passed.

They told me to expect improvement to start about week sixteen, if I were typical. I am not. Although my asthma is still here it seems diminished (although with a relapsing remitting condition like this one never really knows the cause of anything). But my hayfever is markedly improved. I can drive around northern california WITH MY WINDOW OPEN. To those of you who do not get hay fever this statement might seem a little over done, with caps and all, but believe me this is something I have never before been able to do in all my adult life without dire consequences.

So, I appear to be improving a great deal over my "baseline" condition even after just over a month. I am very encouraged. Even if my improvement stopped now this would have been worth the money. To be almost entirely free of allergies and to see what I think is an improvement in my asthma is incredible. This is far better than claritin, advair, or albuterol already.

I am very encouraged, thrilled in fact. If it continues to improve through week 45 as I was told it might, and this is just week 5, then I am hoping for full remission.

STOKED!
