many people dont know it, but too much weight and losing weight too easily are flip sides of the same problem. the hormones are messed up, in particular the pancreatic and thyroid hormones. Iodine should help you with that.

i have done a 6 day and 10 day orange juice fast. when i attempted to start another one a couple of months ago, it was a bust. i didnt get a full day into it. i think the Iodine made detoxing too easy and i was very uncomfortable. i am up to something different now, so there will be tales to tell. not yet, though.
