Maybe I read it wrong. I really think the doc said to use any indigenous oil and suggested sesame oil [for folks who live in sesame country] and sunflower seed oil for the rest of the world.
Example; I shall try the coconut because I love it so much - but I am not a "coconut person" - coconuts do not grow in Ohio. I am a "sunflower person."

Although I am very pleased with the results while using a plethera of oils; I am about to experiment with my indigenous sunflower oil and/or safflower oil. If the results are better than what I have experienced with other oils. . . what a blessing I shall have!
