I just gave this post an "R" because it speaks of a common subject. The suggestion to drink lemon water, especially hot water is excellent. This helps cleanse the gallbladder and stimulate the colon. I suggest you start doing your flushes two weeks apart and give your body some time to heal and balance between flushes and make sure to use lemon water and either apple cider vinegar or apple juice daily. A small glass of aloe vera juice or slippery Elm gruel may help ease your digestive system between flushes.

You are in a difficult position of trying to cleanse and heal at the same time. Make sure your body is built up so it can heal between cleanses. If your diet is lacking, try getting some green food (also called "Superfood" and have one scoop in apple juice and one scoop in carrot juice. This will give you a lot of good nutrients and both juices are important for liver health. Don't give up, but don't overdo it either.
