Me too, and in a few days, I'll have another surge of getting stuff done. When I'm in the productive mode, getting stuff done is fun and seemingly effortless. Before Iodine, I was in a continuous state of overwhelm. I had to force myself to do everything.

Regarding the constipation...

I think it's parasites, hanging on for dear life, causing it. I've been putting a tablespoon of Konsyl in Apple Juice once a day. I also make suppositories out of coconut oil and herbs, and insert garlic cloves, whenever I feel itchy, which is usually accompanied by constipation. It will cause a bowel movement almost every time.
