I have the worst feeling that this dream was trying to tell me something...what was it?!? I have always dreamed premonition style dreams that come true since I was a kid, so I am really worried about what this could mean for me or it could be an analogy for the world (those style are really common with me)

I was leaving a club or establishment with my significant other - I had a feeling that we shouldn't leave right then but I did anyway. It was daylight out so we walked through a parking lot for our car. A man in a black coat advanced on us in a strange menacing way and gave me terrible feelings, in his left hand was a briefcase, in his right he was rolling a suitcase behind him like he had come off an airplane. My man ignored him and I know I shouldve thought he was safe because of the suitcase but in my bones, I knew something was deathly wrong. He was too close behind us and my man was also carrying suitcases in both hands, one being all our money (right now in real life, we have almost all our assets liquidated and have the money in a lump sum that we are hiding somewhere - crazy, I KNOW but just so you understand...) in the other hand he had all the posessions we have that mean anything, clothes, jewelry, and what we use to survive everyday. Basically our life was in his hands. The man in the coat pulled out a gun with his left hand (he was also still holding the briefcase) and aimed it at the back of my mans head. For all this, my man never turned around. Somehow, I got this guy down on the ground (I am like the man in my relationship, and I am a serious girl in real life, a dangerous type :-P that sounds dumb but I am not scared of guns, knives, war etc and have always felt I was a heavy duty soldier in a last life) and I kicked his hand with the gun away from my mans head. I pinned his wrist with my foot. I just knew this was not going to fair well, I was screaming for my man to help me but he never turned around. Then the bad guy pulled out another gun with his right hand, aimed it at my temple and KABLANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I woke up right then. UGH - TERRIBLE!

I really need some dream interpretation here and help figuring this because I have always dreamed premonition style and my dreams do come true - not how I dreamed them but something will happen - I dreamed about 9-11 before it happened, tsunami before it happened, etc. I also have been getting into some dangerous territory in politics and some other areas of my life that I cant talk about here so I would really like to know what this is representing for me? My death? My failure? Betrayal? It cant be good..... HELP
