Because I suffer with candida problems I cannot eat fruit as it makes my problems worse. I do try to eat as much veggies as I can, but I am not sure that is enough if I am having these problems

I know supplements might not be the best, but that is what I think would be better than nothing for me.

Any ideas on good supplements?
