god I had the best avacado of my life yesterday. black and pear shaped, ripe to perfection where the taste was aromatic, almost fruity. I'd pay triple if every one could be like that one.

I get lots of potassium. Most folks have alkali metal imbalance, which means too much sodium, not enough potassium and nowhere nearly enough rubidium and cesium. Rubidium is like the Iodine of the alkali metals.
