getting the colon working well first is the way...it's still a struggle for me because they turn it off constantly, not to mention block things up. I couldn't do this without bowel herbs. I don't need to take a lot now, I've found they have helped with balance in general, not made it worse...the amount I take is less than before.

I once tried to make my own okra pepsin capsules...that didn't work out too well, ever tried washing and coring okra, what a mess, then dehydrating and powdering and adding the pepsin, all that work and you end up with a couple tablespoons of powder...hehe..one experiment gone bad. I could have done it again in massive batches, but not worth the effort. if you start seeing plaque removed, let us know, few people have used this one.
