Hiya fellow flushers,
Often people who have done a series of flushes find that the ES works less and less with each flush. This is probably because the ES drains magnesium (and other electrolytes).
To get that back to normal (and stop cramping and lots of other symptoms), you need to take magnesium in lower doses as a supplement between liver flushes.
