Because it was Halloween tonight, and I didn't do the passing out of candy, I went to bed at 5 pm..to read, relax, and just hang out. So, now I'm not too tired and it's 11 pm.
I've been thinking also, and going thru the usual tummy rumblings the magnesium brings on since I've been taking large doses at night. For one thing I have a lot less gas then when I started, but still I get it when I take the magnesium and vit-c. I'm thinking that what the magnesium does is it's helping to clear out toxic waste matter from my colon and bacteria that the Iodine is helping to clear up/stir up and the vit-c is helping with clearing up/killing the bad bacteria. That's why the 2 go together so well for me. If that's right, then I should add a better, stronger and non-dairy pro-biotic. I've been using the Mt. High yogurt in my smoothies just about daily, but it may not be strong enough at this point.
I'm also going to add seaweed to my daily baths, and some Epsom Salts , the cheaper Lugol's Iodine that is from the pet store to help mimic seawater (whatever else I research that may help with making my baths more seaworthy. I have a little theory about the years I lived near the beach and swam almost daily in the ocean, my thyroid health, and general well being during those years, then what happened during the years I wasn't using the ocean at all, because one gets busy making a living, and I moved about 7 miles inland.
It was the Magnesium Oil that got me thinking about it all, and parts of Hulda Clark 's book, and some posts here and there. Magnesium Oil that isn't oil, but it's concentrated sea water that has magnesium in it..which I find very interesting. I'm going to get some of that stuff as soon as I can. I want to try it out.
I could do much better research if I was still in Oceanside, Ca. I could actually go to the ocean and get into it on a consistent basis , and after some length of time, see how I feel.
