I dont see how brushing or not brushing can be a make or break deal, but whatever works for each person, works.

Sunflower is my favorite and works awesome for me. Coconut is my husbands favorite and my moms. Using coconut and only coconut has gotten rid or a tumor that was quite large in my moms throat, the doctor was even shocked. So to dispell ANY other oil but sunflower and seseme is wrong, in my humble opinion.
