I agree, nothing wrong with starting points. Or proceedures to follow or rules. And I certainly agree nothing wrong with private time, or as I would say for myself, time of prayer.

It was what and how the person made the statement that I disagree with, especially on a tried and true forum of people successfully doing oil pulling. :)
