The digestion makes the alcohol out of the foods. The yeast will not work long enough to make it. Ideally the yeast becomes alive. I question how good Brewers Yeast and Nutritional yeast actually does this. I know it does because it will expand a container, but I am sure it does not work like bread making yeast does.

Ideally the best is the old fashioned cakes and believe it or not, the old cure was to eat 21 cakes of yeast per day. "IF" I could find fresh made yeast cakes I'd know if it worked, because I believe it would. To buy this yeast is expensive, very expensive day after day.
