Thank you. I really appreciate the support as I feel like this is very hard on me and I am going through some really disorientated mood swings that leave me feeling quite powerless and vulnerable. Some things have also "come out" during the fast on an emotional/mental/spiritual level that I am very thankful for. I figure I will sleep on it tonight and see how I feel in the morning. In the meantime, I will drink more water and hope that it helps.
