everyone exposed to mercury should study many protocols for chelation, like andy's. i simply ate cilantro like a horse. it was what i knew to do and i did it with a vengence. i also made sure my food and water was clean(organic and distilled). Iodine didnt come along till last. i am glad it happened that way. it forced me to do the hard things which saved me.
