Hi Beetlejuice,

Coconut oil is only ok for O non secretors.

If you would like more info. on status of foods, you can go to http://www.dadamo.com. Go under solutions (at top of screen) and under TypeBase, that is the most up-to-date food values. I know that this diet is alittle hard to stomach in the beginning, but it will get better. I have been following it for 5 years and have seen many improvements.
